These terms govern your use of the Sigma AI Solutions website. Services we provide are governed by the separate Client Agreement you sign; where that agreement and these terms differ, the Client Agreement prevails for those services.

Information on this website about our services is general and does not constitute an offer or contract. Any engagement, including scope, fees and delivery terms, is set out in a written Client Agreement between you and Sigma.

The content, branding, design and code of this website are owned by or licensed to Sigma and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables produced under a Client Agreement is addressed in that agreement.
