Client Engagement Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains, in plain language, how we work with clients. It is a summary for transparency — the binding terms of your engagement are set out in the Client Agreement you sign before your first cycle begins. Where this summary and the Client Agreement differ, the Client Agreement prevails.
1. A cycle-based service
Our marketing service runs in monthly production cycles. Each cycle covers strategy, filming, editing, approval and scheduling for one publication month. The scope — the number of pieces per content type and the platform mix — is agreed with you in writing and recorded in your Client Agreement.
2. Your involvement
A cycle requires about four hours of your time: one virtual strategy meeting, one on-site filming session, and a review you can complete from your phone. Everything else — planning, production, captions, scheduling and reporting — is handled by us.
3. Approval workflow
You review every piece before it is published. For each one you choose to Publish, Do Not Publish, or Carry Over to the next cycle. Nothing goes live without your decision. The review window is 24 business hours from delivery; if we do not hear from you within that window, content is treated as approved as delivered.
4. Revisions
Each cycle includes one structured revision round for minor and medium changes, within the quantities set in your agreement. Major changes that require new filming can only be made during the strategy meeting, before we film — when changes are free and fast.
5. Delivery guarantee
We guarantee operational delivery. If your content is not fully scheduled and ready by Day 1 of your publication month, your next month is free. This guarantee is stated in your Client Agreement and governs from the date of signing. We guarantee delivery, not audience or sales outcomes, which depend on your business, product and market.
6. Rescheduling
Filming can be rescheduled, subject to notice. Rescheduling after the strategy meeting shifts the final delivery date, and the delay is attributed to the client. Cancellations within 24 hours of a session, or no-shows, may incur a rescheduling fee as set in your agreement.
7. Billing
Your monthly fee is invoiced before your publication month begins, with payment due within the period stated in your agreement. All fees are in AUD. If payment is not received, the service is paused and the cycle is rescheduled once payment is made.
8. No lock-in & termination
There is no lock-in beyond our cycle terms — we keep clients with results, not retention clauses. If you decide to stop, a structured grace period applies: we complete the current active cycle plus one additional cycle, after which the service ends. No surprise cancellation fees.
